JIAIDO – The way to love yourself 

The holistic method of JIAIDO movement meditation works with all levels of human existence.
Brings the body and mind into a state of stillness through a combination of guided exercises, focus, breathing and rhythms. 

JIAIDO is the art of personality and true self-development, by awakening the energy of consciousness dormant within us. It creates an opportunity to establish a new relationship with our body, thoughts and emotions, and gradually leads us to the discovery of our true nature and the realization of the truth of our existence.

The name JI-AI-DO consists of three Japanese kanji (writing symbols):
JI – the true nature, the real Self
AI – unites, connects; love that goes beyond the personal level
DO – the way

“The path to love OneSelf.” – “A path to self-love.”

With the help of JIAIDO, we strengthen our ability to be truly present in our lives instead of our automatic (response) reactions. We can leave behind us limitations that we thought had grown on us before.

With its help, we find our inner center, reconnect with ourselves.

It teaches us how to keep this relationship alive so that we never lose it. In this way, we will be able to hear our “own voice” again, which is often difficult to find due to the pressure of everyday life, our obligations or even compliance with others.

JIAIDO’s complex system is a consciously built toolbox that gives you the key to yourself . It’s up to you how much you put in, how deep you go. Its effectiveness lies in its practicality, which is open to everyone and easy to learn.

Its branches

All three branches of JIAIDO use different tools, but lead to the same place: to arrive at the present moment and reconnect with ourselves. The three branches cover the most important areas of our lives. 

JIAIDO movement meditation - Tai sabaki

TAI SABAKI

Tai Sabaki develops our basic internal competencies with the help of an exciting, interesting form of movement.
The movements are based on martial arts elements, which are practiced in four different rhythms . This is how dynamism appears alongside calm and slow practice: fiery, energetic, powerful parts replace soft, flowing and airy exercises.
With movement meditation, we arrive at a focused, alert meditative state with the combination of conscious movement and conscious breathing.

JIAIDO ATE

 JIAIDO’s bodywork method (Ate) uses conscious touch and breathing to work on the emotional and mental part stored in our body.
The special feature of pair work, which is similar to massage, is that both the sender and receiver are active: it takes place in an alert, conscious presence.
Working invisibly on the blocks of connection to ourselves and others, on the topics of giving and receiving, it helps us to have a loving, trusting relationship with ourselves and our environment.

Creativity is one of the fundamental qualities of our human being.
It does not matter what form it takes, in what activity it appears; the essence of creativity is the joy of creation, the experience of liberation, unlimited self-expression.
It’s not what we do, it’s how we do it.
It can be painting, drawing, ceramics, cooking, music or dance; JIAIDO creates an opportunity to experience our inner silence and limitlessness with all of its creativity programs.

The JIAIDO method works simultaneously on all levels of our being – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

The method exerts its effect from three directions: body awareness , emotion management and openness , thus laying the foundation for the practitioner’s development in a complex way.

BODY CONSCIOUSNESS

The first and most fundamental step towards shaping the awareness of our whole being is the development of body awareness.

Our posture and movements show exactly what is going on inside us.

By correcting on the physical level, we start working on invisible parts of ourselves, such as our patterns and blocks, which would otherwise be much more difficult to access.

EMOTION MANAGEMENT

Our emotions seem to control our daily lives.

We react, communicate and make decisions based on how we feel at the given moment, whether we are happy, sad, angry or worried.

Our awareness of our emotions gives us the opportunity to step out of the patterns of the past and connect to the situation in a new way.

Openness


Openness is one of the most important qualities we need in life if we want to grow and develop ourselves.

Being open means that we constantly desire to learn new things, develop and receive new impulses from others and our environment.

It means that we are curious to discover what is going on outside our own world, outside our own head.
